Here’s me and my chums from the Hollywood Field Trip after the US premiere of Don’t Let Him In (written and directed by Kelly Smith) at the Dick Clark Productions Theatre on Friday April 20th. In an unexpected turn of events, the day after I booked the screening, Dick Clark sadly died in an unrelated incident.
But the screening went ahead. And as you can see from our were-not-posing-on-purpose-honestly-guv shot after the movie, everyone had a duly horrible time. As they were meant to. Because Don’t Let Him In is a horror movie… and you is meant to be scared.
Indeed I’m happy to report that one poor soul was left gibbering for mercy for the rest of the night (you know who you are x).
Note to self: the US doesn’t seem to understand the concept of DVDs or Blu-Rays burned outside its borders. Every single device failed to play all my discs and backups so we had to resort to playing a DVD out of a MacBook Pro, which thankfully worked.
